Order Confirmation

When you make your purchase through the ziverdokit.us site we immediately send you an order confirmation. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive another email to confirm that your order is currently in the process of processing. If we’re unable to complete the requirements of your ziverdokit.us order or there’s a payment problem, we will contact you.

Shipping Confirmation

When your order is in the process of being processed, it will be delivered that same day. An order confirmation will be sent to you along with an tracking number, if it is applicable. The email will provide the typical time for shipping and how to reach us should you have any concerns.

We can deliver to your address at home or to your workplace should you prefer.

For every Ivermectin item The shipping fee is $12 when using registered airmail. Airmail registered is the preferred method of shipping because it is much more secured and is less probable to be lost or stolen. However, it requires the delivery recipient to sign for it. If you aren’t available for delivery, an email will be sent to notify you of the attempted delivery as well as how to get in touch with the post office for the redelivery, or the post office where it will being stored to be collected. They will keep them there for 4 weeks until they return them to us.

PO Boxes And APO Addresses

We can deliver to PO Boxes and APO addresses as long as the delivery method. On your My Account page, simply set your Primary Shipping Address to your PO Box or APO address as required. 

Customs

We are based offshore in India and your Ivermectin order is treated by your local customs as imported goods. When your parcel passes through Customs there might be a delay while they process your order. We suggest that you always allow extra time and order ahead so you are not inconvenienced during this phase. The delay can be just a few days to 3 weeks in extreme cases before they contact you. 

Delivery Times

We promptly ship most orders within 24-48 hours of you placing them. The delivery times are entirely due to the postal or courier service. The table above shows the typical delivery times. Please be aware that if customs hold your order for pending import duties, they could hold your order for 3-21 days prior to contacting you. If your order hasn’t arrived within the standard delivery times above, please allow an additional 7 days for delivery PRIOR to contacting us to establish if your order is simply delayed with delivery; held at customs or indeed lost. 

Lost Orders And Reshipments

We will reship or refund for any lost order provided we are contacted within 8 weeks from the ship date. No reshipments or refunds will be accepted if reported to us after 8 weeks.

We are happy to replace any order that has not been delivered but on the following conditions:

  1. An additional 7 days have elapsed in addition to the standard delivery time since the ship date.
  2. The shipping address that we have provided to us is correct.

If you have provided an incorrect address, you will be charged for the replacement order. When/if the original order is returned to us we will contact you with the refund details. The refund may take some months as the “return” postage has not been paid.

Returns And Refunds

If you receive an ziverdokit.us Online orders that are affected in some way or if you do not receive the order in any way If your order is damaged in any way, we will send an additional package. If you’d prefer to us make a full refund, we’ll refund the entire amount upon request. To do this we’ll need to delay 30 days from when your order was sent. If, after 30 days you haven’t received your purchase or haven’t received any notification of your order being delayed or cancelled We would like that you send us an email within our section for refunds. We will handle all support requests promptly.

We will reimburse you any product so long as we’ve received the product returned promptly from you and the product is able to be used again. The items must remain in a sealed, unopened state and have an expiry time that is more than three months.
